Greek Life is a part of the classic college experience, with over 240 years of history and thousands of chapters across the country. Greek Life allows its members to find a second home at college.
As a values-based social organization, Kappa Delta Phi Fraternity seeks to attract the best men on every campus which hosts a Chapter, Colony, or interest group whose values align with our mission, vision, and goals. To support this, we conduct a year-round recruitment process emphasizing the importance of brothers and potential members getting to know one another to ensure a good fit. Each chapter has a distinct personality making it important to meet the brothers.
We operate like a family and embrace the connectedness within our chapters and entire organization. This is especially true because we are a modestly-sized fraternity. Having a concentrated grouping of chapters in the NE United States, not only are the brothers within chapters closely-knit, brothers get to know other chapters and can be seen at our national events.
This closeness is seen not only with our active brothers, but also our alumni and Leadership Team. Our alumni continue to engage beyond graduation and our Fraternity Leadership develops strong relationships with chapter leaders to best serve the Brotherhood.
Joining Kappa Delta Phi is more than membership; it is expanding your identity to contribute toward the betterment of mankind.
