To support Kappa Delta Phi’s goal of preparing members to serve as leaders in their chosen professions and in their communities, the Fraternity presents programming designed to assist in developing values-based leadership skills, encouraging scholastic achievement, engaging in acts of charity, and furthering the mission of the Fraternity.

SUMMER Leadership COLLEGE

The cornerstone of the Kappa Delta Phi Leadership is the annual Summer Leadership College. The Collage provides attendees with the opportunity to share best practices on topics such as recruitment, philanthropy, fundraising, risk management, member development, and with members of other chapters, to further develop their individual organizational skills, and to strengthen their leadership abilities. Brothers leave this weekend with connections to every other chapter and with the skills and tools necessary to lead their own chapter.

Our dedicated headquarters staff are constantly working to develop additional programming opportunities throughout the year to meet the needs of our members as part of the Leadership College.

Fraternity Convention

The culminating event of each academic year is the Annual Fraternity Convention. Collegiate members and their Alumni gather together to review the State of the Fraternity, elect the members of the Board of Directors, and help to set the course for the future of Kappa Delta Phi.

The Convention includes a formal dinner banquet and social event co-hosted by the sisters of Kappa Delta Phi, National Affiliated Sorority. This event includes the presentation of numerous chapter and individual awards and marks the conclusion of the annual fundraising campaign benefiting our Fraternity Philanthropy.
